If you are looking to add some more posts and content to your department's Message Board you can get to that rather easily by opening the applet tray and selecting the Msg Board icon. 

Once you get to the message board page, you can the basic details of all the posts in your system. Namely: Subject line, message body, expiry start date and end date and finally the group that the messages will display to. 

To add a new post click on the Add button at the top right of the page. and you will see a screen like the one below. 

You can add an image a title and the post content into the fields available. You then have to check the boxes below to the corresponding groups you'd like to see the post.
