If you are looking at the portal's applet tray you can get to the structure management through opening the tray further. In the bottom right corner, you can select the upward facing arrow to open the full applet tray. 

Looking at the image above you can see the name, type and location of the building or structure. 

If you would like to add a new structure you can do this rather easily by clicking on the Add button in the top right. Once you do this you will see a screen like below. 

Some essential fields that you need to add are: Structure Name, Type (Free form text), Instance (Geoteamz City app), Jurisdiction (Your City/Town), Structure Type, Department (City Department that the object will be visible to). 

Another key point to mention is that the address/location is most accurate when you Geocode that address. It will then pull the XY Coordinates for that address. 

Once you save this structure it will then appear in your own Geoteamz City application.
