As most of these tutorials start, I am going to ask you to log into the Geoteamz City Portal that is used for administrative control.
Once you log in you should see the main map screen with several applets on the bottom of the page. This is very similar to the app itself so it should look familiar.
Please then click on the "Devices" applet. You will then see the screen below.
If you are looking to manage a device in the system you can do that here. In order to add a device into the system you need to select the top right button denoted by "Add".
Continue to enter the fields as shown below and save the device.
Once you save the device, you will see some new options for the device. Namely: Delete, Deactivate & Generate Code. You will select the last option and bring out your iPad to enter the code**. At the same time you will also enter in your "Organization Code" which is a unique code provided for specifically your department.
**Before leaving that portal window that provides you a code, either keep that page up or write down the code in your notes or onto a sticky note and grab your iPad.**
Now I am looking at the iPad screen and will get 2 individual screens that will ask me to enter my an "Activation Code" which is provided by the admin portal devices screen shown previously. The other code is your "Organization Code" which is provided to you when setting up the Geoteamz City system.
Enter your Organization Code into the field and submit. You will then be prompted to enter the Activation Code into the next field and Submit.
The application will download at this point and you should be good to go.
