Looking at the 911 call object on the map it is represented by a red phone icon. You can open the details for a call by simply tapping the call box in the inbox or by tapping the icon on the map. 

I then selected the 911 call from the map to open it's details.

From here you can see all of the associated details that are directly from your CAD and other connected sources. Items such as "Location" and "Narration" can be accessed by tapping on the > right-facing blue arrows, to open the information in a larger view.
