"Killing" The App

Sometimes in an emergency, the app will need to be closed and restarted. Simply hitting the home button will not close the app but will rather put it in the background. A hard reset of an application is sometimes referred to as "killing" the app. 

To kill the app on Windows, place your finger at the top and simply slide or drag down. Once you let go, you will be looking at the home screen. Simply tap the PublicEye app again to restart it.
