Digital Radio

The Digital Radio function in PublicEye allows you to send and receive voice communications on a private encrypted network. 

Opening Digital Radio

To open Digital Radio, simply tap the radio icon next to Group MMS in the title bar.

Receiving Transmissions

To receive transmissions, slide the "Receiver" to "On" and tap "Done." Make sure your device's volume is not muted. 

Transmit Communications

To transmit yourself, slide the "Transmitter" to "On" and tap "Done." A "Talk" circle will appear over the map. This circle icon can be moved anywhere on the screen by holding it down and sliding it to your preferred location. To transmit, hold your finger over the "Talk" icon and speak.
