Navigating The MOL (Map Object List)

The MOL is on the right side of the main menu of PublicEye. This list provides you with all the objects also featured on the map in a scrolling list.

Navigating the MOL

To navigate the MOL, simply scroll up and down by sliding your finger over it. By default, it will only show 911 calls.

Change to Display All Objects

To change the MOL so that it will display all objects by distance from your nearest location, tap the bar where it says "911 Calls (by time)" and change it to "Show All."

Reveal More Info About an Object

When you want to be shown all information about any object, be it a 911 call, hazard, etc, simply touch anywhere on the specific object box to display all known information.

Set Object as a Target

To set the object as a target such as a 911 call, click the little grey circle icon in the top left of the specific object box. This will put it in the target box right above the MOL. Alternatively, tap the two right arrows in the object info box to bring up a menu and tap "Set Target."

Navigate to Target

To navigate to the now selected target, tap the right turn icon under the word "Target" above the MOL. This will open the navigation prompt.

Hide the MOL

To hide the MOL and expose more of the map, tap the arrow on the side of the MOL. To bring it back, also tap the remaining arrow.
